The Department of Laboratory Medicine provides quick and accurate results of examinations in addition to the development of new tests. There are six divisions, including specimen (blood, urine) collection, emergency blood bank, blood, microorganism, and clinical chemistry. In addition, we have opened malaria research center and autologous transfusion clinics to provide the level of service suitable for a northeast Seoul based hospital.
